His Vancouver Island Salt Co. is one of the few in North America that hand-harvests sea salt. The cool Pacific waters create something extraordinarily unique and delicious. We love what it does to our chocolate. Enjoy, Enjoy. It's made from single-origin Trinatario cacao, cultivated by growers in the northern Dominican Republic.

Orange: 

All it takes is a drop of pure orange essence to transform and elevate our already magical dark milk chocolate. Made with organic, ethically-sourced cacao from Ghana.

PB & Joy:

Single Origin, Dominican Republic Cacao, 65% Dark Chocolate. Our Hispaniola cacao blended smooth with freshly roasted peanuts.

Candied Ginger:

Candied ginger is the perfect blend of sweet and heat. And sprinkled generously on our 70% dark chocolate, it's basically irresistible. Made with organic, ethically traded cacao from Ghana.

Peppermint and dark chocolate are classic, but never boring. We've sourced pure peppermint oil and combined it with our fudgy, single origin chocolate to create this favourite bar. Made with organic, ethically-sourced cacao from Ghana.
